What I do when the evening meal is not exactly healthy.
So for dinner today, my Mum cooked a delicious meal. It was pan fried trout, drizzled with lemon, served with sweet potato, cooked tomatoes & french beans. YUM!!!! Nuff said really…. Sorry I only remembered to take the picture after I started eating, but oh well!
